7-Eleven Hawaii Inc. is opening two more Honolulu stores, one this month and one in March. The state’s largest convenience store chain will operate a total of 61 in the state. The company will hire 15 employees for both locations, brining its total number of employees to 980 statewide.

The convenience store chain plans to grow aggressively during the next four years, and expects to double its number of stores to 100 and employees to 1,600. When it reaches those goals, the company will control about one third of the convenience store market in the Islands.
